Global company with an Americas hub in the Philadelphia area is searching for a Senior Learning Consultant for their Sales & Commercial Enablement team.  This position is a member of the global Learning and Development Team and specializes in the design and delivery of effective learning programs, sales training and enablement by building sustainable and impactful sales capabilities and skills across commercial business lines. Key responsibility will be leading both strategy development and execution in the aligned region with the goal of enabling our commercial members to be more effective, efficient, and successful.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
* Oversee the end-to-end process of commercial learning programs – from design, development, delivery, evaluation and impact.
* Identify and prioritize commercial capabilities, skills and determine learning needs, including user research.
* Design personalized, sustainable and scalable commercial learning architecture and solutions, which includes a blend of learning experiences, learning journeys, coaching and resources.
* Leverage digital tools, including AI, to enhance the overall learning experience.
* Develop and implement capability-based learning journeys to support Company’s member development and career advancement.
* Lead engaging and participatory learning sessions to ensure participants can experience and practice new capabilities and skills.
* Develop and coach a network of facilitators in the commercial organization who can develop, deliver, and evaluate commercial learning programs.
* Using global learning and development evaluation framework, measure the effectiveness and impact of learning programs through feedback, performance metrics and assessments.
* Work with company members and external training providers to design and deliver leadership development programs.
* Research and learn about trends and best practices in sales enablement, digital transformation and learning and development.
* Develop, maintain and update content strategy and training materials to ensure they reflect current products, services, and sales strategies.
* Represent the Talent and Global L&D teams as a Thought Leader.

REQUIREMENTS:

* 8+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or sales leader preferred
* Skilled with digital tools, AI and ability to train others in those areas
* Understanding how people think, learn, and remember information.
* Deep knowledge of instructional design and learning experience design, delivery and evaluation of effectiveness with a focus on adult learners
* Experience of working in an international, multi-cultural, and matrix environment would hasten your onboarding journey.
* Experience with leading change projects
* Familiarity with theories like Bandura’s Social Learning Theory, which emphasizes learning through observation and modeling.
