Full service agency with a concentration is sports, event and entertainment marketing and activation is searching for a senior account manager.  The qualified candidate will have experience within the following fields: hospitality, corporate sponsorship, event planning and guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate with senior staff in the strategic planning, management, and execution of client hospitality and sponsorship programs
* Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned corporate accounts, ensuring consistent communication and exceptional client service
* Develop and manage detailed event and activation plans, including budgets, timelines, staffing, and vendor coordination
* Prepare and distribute weekly updates on each account to upper management
* Oversee the implementation of hospitality experiences to ensure flawless execution and adherence to client objectives and brand standards
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to develop innovative, results-driven marketing and hospitality initiatives
* Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and post-event evaluations that demonstrate measurable results and continuous improvement
* Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within the hospitality, sponsorship, and event sectors
* Engage junior account team members for support
* Social support for clients and agency
* General support for senior account team

REQUIREMENTS: 

* 6 to 8 years of hospitality experience and expertise in corporate sponsorship industry and event planning
* Ability to work independently and proactively, while simultaneously being a team player
* Excels in time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and service multiple accounts
* Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients, vendors and team members
* Strong critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills
* Detail-oriented, well organized and quick problem solver
* Strategic marketing skills
* Energetic and willing to take on any task
* Ability and desire to learn new skills as needed, and stay up to date on changes and advancements within the marketing landscape
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; experience in administration of major social media platforms is preferred
* Strong desire to grow and advance within the agency

TRAVEL:
* Employee must be willing to travel on weekends and some holidays (domestic & international); cost of travel paid by employer.
