This position will operate in a hybrid work environment, 2-3 days per week in the office (Philadelphia, PA).

Our financial services client is searching for Marketing Coordinator to join their in-house marketing team. In this role the Marketing Coordinator is focused on digital marketing projects and campaigns for all of company business lines. This position will create content and manage multiple projects working with both the internal marketing team and external stakeholders. This position is responsible for the planning and execution of the company’s social media strategy. The coordinator must be self-directed, detail oriented, and be able to be successful in a compliance-regulated environment.

* Create content and collaborate with design on a variety of marketing materials including, but not limited to, email campaigns, material and website updates, advertising, and presentations.
* Organize, plan, and facilitate the company’s social media activity with a strategic focus to increase engagement (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
* Build automation logic for digital campaigns (Pardot/Salesforce); test, track and report on user engagement to revise and improve logic.
* Assist with public relations/media efforts in partnership with management and a PR agency.
* Support the new hire process and maintenance of company biographies, headshot scheduling, etc.
* Facilitate management of the department’s content for company-wide use, offering best practices to increase adoption.
* Manage multiple projects across business lines ensuring a focus on the established objectives and deadlines.
* Collaborate with the team and key stakeholders to understand project needs and build relationships.
* Contribute to department initiatives to improve processes, efficiency, and productivity.

* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a similar discipline.
* A minimum of 5-7 years in a professional marketing role. Financial services industry is a plus.
* Successful track record owning social media strategies in a compliance-regulated environment.
* Experience creating content for materials and managing projects to deadlines.
* Proficient with strategic email automation software.
