HYBRID OPPORTUNITY BASED IN PHILADELPHIA (Monday, Friday WFH, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday ONSITE)

Growing team within the Marketing and Communications department is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the organization’s brand and engagement strategy across digital channels, including social media, email, websites, and other digital tactics, in support of the organization and its offerings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develops digital campaigns for social media channels by aligning strategic business initiatives, core messaging objectives, and data-driven insights.
* Oversees the customer-facing experience for organization websites and leads development of new web experiences to include microsites and landing pages.
* Manages the development and execution of email marketing campaigns for key audiences, including members, employers, and prospective customers.
* Implements SEO/SEM strategy and digital advertising campaigns that attract sales leads.
* Collaborates with client management, design, editorial, traffic, and cross-functional business teams to ensure alignment with business strategy.
* Leads, develops, and mentors a marketing specialist in the development of digital tactics that represent inclusive communications and comply with applicable laws and brand standards.
* Monitors the effectiveness of campaigns, reports on digital activities at specified intervals, and optimizes tactics based on data.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Demonstrated experience leading digital campaigns to include social media, SEO/SEM, and display advertising.
* Demonstrated experience implementing email campaigns using marketing automation tools such as Pardot, MailChimp, or Marketo.
* Ability to measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and reporting tools.
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems, such as Drupal or WordPress.
* Ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and customer-focus.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities effectively and simultaneously manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities.
* Superior communication and relationship-building skills with clients, members, senior management, and vendors.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills and ability to work on multiple assignments.
