Infuse commercial brand through content and messaging into all marketing channels.
Independently develop and publish commercial brand content on all marketing channels.
Support go-to-market strategies by producing a wide assortment of content including but not limited to email campaigns, welcome kits, pitch decks, FAQs, and short explainer videos.
Create materials to engage employees and build awareness of a broad range of topics from the marketing group.
Identify and plan projects based on business goals and data-based insights from (but not limited to) customer experience data, user activity reports, campaign performance, traffic and search engine marketing reports.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to manage the marketing editorial calendar and production schedule.
Develop omni-channel campaign strategies by customer segment and buying cycle.
Ensure highly effective and on brand copyrighting projects are executed by internal and external resources.
Establish and execute brand management processes for social media channels, google, yelp reviews and more.
Highly motivated and proactive team player.
Strong ability to work independently, listen and interpret needs, identify opportunities, and execute.
Creative and agile thinker.
Successful track record of managing many projects at once and working well with cross-functional global teams.
Experience is a plus:
Google Analytics and Google Adwords (any SEM platform)
Salesforce Marketing and Experience Cloud (any marketing automation platform)
