Healthcare marketing agency based in Wayne, PA in search of an Account Supervisor with Pharmaceutical client experience to join growing agency.

Responsibilities:  

  • Act as a point of contact with clients while providing support to key stakeholders
  • Identify and develop capabilities that will drive increased value and allow clients to enhance engagement experiences
  • Act as a valued partner with clients to design and execute campaigns and tactics based on business specific strategies
  • Proactively identify solutions to support ad-hoc business needs supporting go to market strategies
  • Establish engagement metrics and meaningful KPIs.
  • Monitor the ROI of ongoing activities and capture real-time insights for continuous campaign optimization.
  • Work with development teams on digital projects, timelines, estimates, meeting deadlines
  • Work with design teams on print and digital projects, timelines, estimates, meeting deadlines
  • Work with editorial and print teams on finalizing print and digital projects
  • Serve as a point of contact with partnering agencies to ensure smooth transition and handoff of projects
