Direct response agency based in chester county is seeking an Account Manager to join their growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
* Supports Account Director/Account Supervisor with managing, directing, servicing, and growing assigned accounts to meet clients’ strategic objectives.
* Develops creative briefs outlining marketing strategies, objectives, and product/service positioning.
* Defines target audience, creative positioning, and media channels as needed – Direct Mail, Print, Interactive, Broadcast and OOH.
* Manages the day-to-day workflow of accounts; oversees the full life-cycle of projects by leading internal teams.
* Manages the budget associated with each assigned client.
* Assists in identifying marketing opportunities for clients to expand current business.
* Trains and mentors junior level colleagues.
* Assumes additional responsibilities as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s degree from a four (4) year college or university.
* Minimum seven (7) years related experience.
* Agency experience required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Must be able to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
* Must be able to work individually and in a collaborative environment.
