Philadelphia based full-service marketing agency is searching for a junior WordPress developer to join their growing team.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

* Working knowledge of WordPress core and theme/plugin development
* Ability to build WordPress templates from Figma or Adobe Creative Suite files.
* Ability to install and maintain a WordPress instance using most common hosting platforms (AWS Lightsail, DigitalOcean, Kinsta, Flywheel)
* Up to date knowledge of PHP/MySQL
* JavaScript (vanilla preferred)/HTML5/jQuery
* Common frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation, Trellis, etc.)
* CSS (and CSS frameworks – Tailwind, Bootstrap, SASS)
* Familiarity with Git and Github Actions (or other similar CI/CD workflows)
* Working knowledge of ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), similar tools or are familiar with how to create custom content types using other methods

PREFERRED SKILLS:
* WordPress security or general server security/administration
* Ability to make changes in Photoshop, Illustrator and other image editing programs
* Working knowledge of other CMSs
* Experience with WordPress page builders (Elementor, Bricks, etc)
* Any experience with NodeJS/React/NextJS
* Headless WordPress
* API implementation using the WordPress API
