REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

Pharmaceutical training organization is searching for an Instructional Designer to join their growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Primary and dedicated contact for assigned client base.
*Will drive strategy, design, development and implementation.
*Work in tandem with project management team to oversee project.
*Oversees, guides, and supports internal design and content team throughout process.
*Conducts gap analysis that evaluates sales training program effectiveness of learning solutions and implements improvements to learning programs and resources.
*Participates in the management of RFP responses, proposals, pitches, and statement of work.

REQUIREMENTS:

>Background in Pharmaceutical industry.
>10+ years’ experience in training industry.
>Experience leading project teams.
>Client relationship and client development skills required.
>Budget experience needed.
